BERWAZ DESIGN SERVICES, operating through Berwaz Impact online store, provides design and marketing content services based on the selected package or service details.
Customers may request order cancellation before the service execution has started.
Once design work, planning, file preparation, or any part of the service has started, the order may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status, service type, and execution stage.
If there is an error from our side or if we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we will contact the customer to discuss a suitable solution, which may include revision, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
The revisions included in each package are shown on the product page. Revisions within the agreed service scope are not considered a reason for refund.
Customers are not eligible for a refund due to delays caused by late or missing requirements, files, or feedback from the customer.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or the customer’s bank.
Any bank charges or payment provider fees, if applicable, may be subject to the payment provider or bank policies.
